Refund Policy

1. Desktop Software (Lifetime License)

All desktop software purchases from Brain Lead are final and non-refundable — no exceptions. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The software is a digital product delivered immediately upon payment confirmation
• Once a license key is issued, it cannot be returned or revoked for a refund
• No refund is issued for change of mind, inability to use the software, or dissatisfaction
• No refund is issued if your account is suspended by a third-party platform as a result of your use
• No refund is issued for legal issues, fines, or penalties arising from your use of the software
• No refund is issued if you violate the Terms of Service or EULA

2. SaaS API Credits (Subscriptions & Pay-as-you-go)

API credit purchases (subscriptions and pay-as-you-go top-ups) are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• You request the refund within 14 days of the purchase date
• You have consumed less than 10% of the purchased credits
• Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
• The refund amount will be the purchase price minus the value of any credits already consumed

Refund requests that do not meet all of the above criteria will be denied. If more than 10% of credits have been consumed, or if the 14-day window has passed, the purchase is considered final.

3. Before You Buy

We strongly encourage you to:

• Use our free tools to evaluate our quality before purchasing
• Ask any questions on Telegram before completing payment
• Read the EULA and Terms of Service fully

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for eligible SaaS API credit purchases, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your transaction reference and account details. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Support

If you have a technical issue with the software, contact us on Telegram and we will do our best to resolve it. Support does not constitute a refund entitlement.
