End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Brain Lead grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software solely for your own internal business purposes. This license does not include any right to sublicense, resell, or distribute the software.

2. The Software Is a Neutral Tool

Brain Lead's software is a general-purpose productivity tool. It does not autonomously send messages, access third-party systems, or perform any action without your direct instruction. You are the operator. Every action the software takes is a direct result of your configuration and commands. Brain Lead has no knowledge of, access to, or control over what you do with the software after delivery.

3. Your Sole Responsibility

You accept full, exclusive, and sole responsibility for:

• All actions performed using the software
• All data, contact lists, and content you use with the software
• All third-party services, APIs, and infrastructure you connect to the software
• Ensuring you have all necessary rights, consents, and permissions for your use
• Compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of your recipients
• Any and all consequences — legal, financial, reputational, or otherwise — of your use

4. Absolute Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

Brain Lead expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Brain Lead does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your requirements.

5. Absolute Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRAIN LEAD SHALL HAVE ZERO LIABILITY TO YOU.

In no event shall Brain Lead be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation: direct damages, indirect damages, incidental damages, special damages, consequential damages, punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, regulatory fines, legal penalties, third-party claims, or any other losses, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if Brain Lead has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Indemnification

You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Brain Lead and its developers, affiliates, resellers, and agents from any claim, action, proceeding, fine, penalty, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) brought by any third party, government authority, or regulatory body arising out of or related to your use of the software, your violation of this EULA, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the software to violate any applicable law. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the software or your license key. Violation results in immediate termination of your license with no refund.

8. No Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. The digital nature of the software means it is delivered immediately upon payment. No refunds are issued for any reason.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Brain Lead may terminate it at any time without notice. It terminates automatically if you breach any provision. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software.

10. Entire Agreement

This EULA and the Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Brain Lead concerning the software and supersede all prior agreements.
